India's Top Construction Machinery Manufacturer
Maruti Hydraulics — ISO 9001:2015 certified AAC block plant and construction machinery manufacturer since 1991, based in Nashik, India.
Maruti Hydraulics Limited (MHPL) is one of India's most experienced construction machinery manufacturers, with over three decades of engineering excellence rooted in Nashik, Maharashtra. The company designs, manufactures, and commissions turnkey AAC block plants, flyash brick machines, paver block machines, dry mix mortar plants, sandwich panel machines, and Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB). From a single-product workshop in 1991, Maruti Hydraulics has grown into a multi-product engineering company serving customers across India and internationally in Nepal, UAE, South Africa, Singapore, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka.
Maruti Hydraulics was established in 1991 in Nashik, Maharashtra — a city historically known as an industrial hub in western India. The founding vision was straightforward: build reliable construction machinery using Indian engineering talent and in-house manufacturing, and back every machine with genuine after-sales support. In 1993, just two years after founding, Maruti Hydraulics manufactured its first solid block machine, becoming only the second company in India to do so at that time.
Nashik proved an ideal base. The city sits on the Nashik-Pune highway corridor with strong connectivity to Maharashtra's industrial belt, established steel and fabrication supply chains, and proximity to key construction markets across western and central India. The factory at Gat No. 592 on the Nashik-Pune Highway has expanded steadily over three decades and now houses CNC fabrication equipment, pressure vessel manufacturing, welding bays, and assembly lines capable of simultaneously building multiple complete AAC plant systems.
1. First Complete Automatic SCADA Batching System in India (2023)
The SCADA batching system developed by Maruti Hydraulics was the first in India to automate the complete weighing, sequencing, and discharge of all six raw materials in an AAC plant — fly ash slurry, cement, lime, gypsum, aluminum powder, and water — using load cells and PLC control to achieve ±0.5% dosing accuracy. Before this, every Indian AAC plant operated with manual or semi-automatic weighing, introducing batch-to-batch variation of 3–5% that directly caused density inconsistency and reject rates of 8–15%. Our SCADA batching system reduces reject rates to 2–4% and provides full digital traceability for IS 2185 certification compliance.
2. First Indian Manufacturer to Export an AAC Block Plant (2016)
When Maruti Hydraulics commissioned a 300 CBM/day AAC plant in Nepal in 2016, it was the first time an Indian-manufactured AAC plant had been delivered and commissioned outside India. The project required modular transport across the Nepal border, on-site erection by a Maruti team over 45 days, and 30 days of technology transfer to ensure the client's team could operate and maintain the plant independently. The Nepal plant operates continuously to this day and is proof that Indian-made AAC plants can successfully serve export markets.
3. India's Largest 1,200 CBM/Day AAC Plant (2024)
The 1,200 CBM/day plant commissioned in Maharashtra in 2024 is India's largest operating AAC plant by daily production output. The project required custom engineering that had never been attempted at this scale by an Indian manufacturer — including rotating mould transfer tables (replacing the standard linear conveyor approach), oversized autoclave frames fabricated in-house, and a SCADA system with recipe memory for the full production line. Zero import dependency. Every component manufactured in India.
The Maruti Hydraulics manufacturing facility in Nashik is a vertically integrated production plant. Core capabilities include:
Maruti Hydraulics holds ISO 9001:2015 certification — the internationally recognised quality management system standard. Our quality management system covers product design and development, procurement, manufacturing, testing, installation, and after-sales service. Every AAC plant delivered by Maruti Hydraulics is designed to enable IS 2185 Part 3 compliance (the Indian standard governing AAC block specification). Autoclave and boiler systems are manufactured to IBR (Indian Boiler Regulations) and are submitted for third-party IBR inspection and certification before commissioning.
AAC Block Plants (9 subsystems): Complete turnkey AAC block manufacturing plants from 150 to 1,200 CBM/day. Subsystems include raw material storage silos, raw material preparation, SCADA batching system, AAC tilting machine, wire cutting machine, autoclave, industrial boiler, finished block handling system, and AAC separator.
Block and Brick Making Machines: Flyash brick machines (5,000–30,000 bricks/shift, IS 12894 compliant), paver block machines (1,200–4,000 pavers/shift, IS 15658 compliant), and interlocking block making machines (960–3,600 blocks/shift).
Mortar and Plaster Plants: Dry mix mortar plants (DM-500, DM-1000, DM-1500 — 16,000 to 48,000 kg/shift) and ready-mix plaster plants for gypsum, cement, and lime plaster.
Sandwich Panel Machines: Everest continuous sandwich panel machines for PU/mineral wool core panels, and AAC sandwich panel machines for reinforced AAC-core prefabricated panels.
Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB): Complete design, fabrication, and erection of factory-engineered steel buildings to IS 800:2007. Clear spans up to 90 m. Integrated EOT crane systems up to 50 tonnes. Applications include industrial sheds, warehouses, cold storage, logistics parks, and factory buildings across India.
Maruti Hydraulics has delivered machinery and projects to customers in: India (primary market), Nepal (AAC plant, 2016), UAE, South Africa, Singapore, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka. International projects are handled through a dedicated export team with experience in cross-border logistics, equipment documentation, customs clearance, and on-site commissioning in diverse regulatory environments.
In-house manufacturing: Autoclaves, pressure vessels, structural steel, hydraulic systems, and SCADA panels are all manufactured in Nashik — not assembled from imported sub-components. This gives us direct control over quality and shorter delivery timelines.
After-sales support: Spare parts are available and dispatched within 36 hours to any location in India. Remote SCADA troubleshooting, annual maintenance contracts, and dedicated engineering support for capacity expansion are standard offerings.
Reference plants: We arrange unannounced visits to existing customer plants so investors can speak directly with plant operators about day-to-day reliability, spare part experience, and support quality — before signing a contract.
DPR assistance: We assist customers with Detailed Project Report (DPR) preparation for bank financing — providing technical specifications, machinery quotations, capacity utilisation projections, and reference plant performance data.
