The nine integrated subsystems — raw material storage silos, raw material preparation, SCADA batching system, tilting and demoulding machine, wire cutting machine, autoclave, industrial boiler, finished block handling system, and separator — are all manufactured in-house at Nashik. Autoclaves are fabricated from SAE 516 Gr 70 pressure vessel steel to IBR standards with full third-party inspection. AAC blocks produced on Maruti Hydraulics plants conform to IS 2185 Part 3.
