Maruti Hydraulics manufactures flyash brick making machines, paver block making machines, and interlocking block making machines — all using fly ash as a primary or secondary raw material where applicable. A Pre-Engineered Building is a factory-fabricated steel structure — columns, rafters, purlins, roofing, and cladding are engineered and fabricated off-site, then bolted together on site. For block manufacturing plants, clear span, erection schedule and cost should be confirmed from the structural brief and a like-for-like RCC baseline.
A Pre-Engineered Building for a block manufacturing plant is scheduled after design approval and site readiness. Span, complexity, foundations, logistics and erection access determine the programme; Maruti Hydraulics can coordinate design, fabrication, surface treatment, logistics and on-site erection as a six-phase project.
