Ready Mix Plaster Plant

Automated plants for producing gypsum, cement, and lime-based ready mix wall plaster at consistent quality.

Maruti Hydraulics Limited manufactures complete Ready Mix Plaster Plants specifically engineered for the production of wall plastering materials — gypsum-based plaster, cement-based plaster, and lime-based plaster. Unlike a dry mix mortar plant (which serves tile adhesive, block jointing, and masonry applications), the Ready Mix Plaster Plant is optimized for the consistent, fine-textured blends required for internal and external wall finishing. Our plants deliver precisely batched, uniformly mixed, and neatly bagged ready-to-use plaster that eliminates site-side weighing and proportioning errors.

Manufacturer: Maruti Hydraulics Limited — ISO 9001:2015 certified, Nashik, Maharashtra, India. Exporting to Nepal, UAE, South Africa, Singapore, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka.

Manufacturing Process

  1. Raw Material Storage — Gypsum powder (or OPC cement for cement plaster), fine sand, lime, and specialty additives are stored in dedicated bins or silos. Separate storage for each ingredient prevents cross-contamination and enables accurate individual weighing.
  2. Precision Batching & Weighing — Each ingredient is individually discharged into a weigh hopper equipped with high-accuracy load cells. The PLC control system verifies the actual weight against the stored recipe before allowing the batch to proceed.
  3. High-Speed Intensive Mixing — All weighed ingredients are discharged simultaneously into the high-speed intensive mixer. The mixer's high-peripheral-speed blades thoroughly shear and fold the blend, breaking up any agglomerated particles and evenly distributing fine additive powders.
  4. Dust Collection — A bag filter dust collection system captures fine gypsum and cement dust generated during mixing and transfer. Collected fines are returned to the batch, ensuring zero material waste and a clean plant environment.
  5. Sieving & Quality Check — The mixed plaster passes through a vibrating sieve to remove any coarse particles or clumps before reaching the bagging machine. A sample from each batch is tested for setting time, compressive strength, and water demand.
  6. Automatic Bagging & Dispatch — The finished plaster flows into an automatic bagging machine that weighs, fills, and seals bags in 25 kg, 40 kg, or 50 kg sizes. Each pallet is labeled with batch number, production date, and formulation type for full traceability.

Why Maruti Hydraulics Customers Choose Us — 33 Years of Construction Machinery Engineering

Maruti Hydraulics Limited was established in 1991 in Nashik, Maharashtra and has since grown into one of India's leading construction machinery manufacturers. Over three decades, the company has delivered more than 200 turnkey projects across India and internationally — including plants in Nepal, UAE, South Africa, Singapore, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka. Every machine leaves the Nashik factory after pre-wiring, function testing, and hydraulic pressure testing. Field installation is faster, and first-batch production quality is consistent because the machine was already proven at the factory before it was shipped.

ISO 9001:2015 Certified Manufacturing

Maruti Hydraulics holds ISO 9001:2015 certification — the internationally recognised quality management system standard. Our quality management system covers the complete product lifecycle: design and development, raw material procurement, manufacturing, inspection and testing, packaging, installation, commissioning, and after-sales service. ISO 9001:2015 certification means every process in the Nashik factory is documented, measured, and audited. For buyers, this means consistent product quality from order to order, traceable components and materials, systematic corrective action when non-conformances occur, and a manufacturer who has externally verified quality practices. The IS 9001 certification applies to all products manufactured and supplied by Maruti Hydraulics, covering the complete range from AAC block plant subsystems to flyash brick machines, paver block machines, dry mortar plants, and Pre-Engineered Buildings.

In-House Manufacturing — No Import Dependency on Critical Components

A significant portion of Maruti Hydraulics' advantage comes from in-house manufacturing at the Nashik factory. Pressure vessels (autoclaves and hoppers), structural steel frames, hydraulic cylinders, SCADA control panels, silo structures, and conveying equipment are all fabricated at Nashik. This translates to three practical benefits for customers. First, quality control is direct: we inspect every weld, every machined dimension, and every hydraulic fitting — not a subcontractor or an import agent. Second, lead times are predictable: we are not dependent on import schedules or third-party backlogs. Third, customisation is feasible: non-standard dimensions, custom capacity configurations, or special materials can be engineered at the factory without external subcontracting. Indian-manufactured critical components also mean spare parts are available in India, not on a 12-week import cycle from Europe or China.

After-Sales Support — Spare Parts Within 36 Hours Anywhere in India

The total cost of ownership of a construction machine includes not just the purchase price but the cost of unplanned downtime, spare part delays, and troubleshooting time. Maruti Hydraulics maintains a spare parts inventory at the Nashik factory for all machines currently in active production. Standard spare parts — hydraulic seals, conveyor belts, drive chains, level sensors, control panel components, and consumable wear parts — are dispatched within 36 hours by express courier to any location in India. For critical mechanical breakdowns, a Maruti Hydraulics field engineer can be on-site within 48–72 hours in most Indian states. Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) are available for all plant owners who want scheduled preventive maintenance and priority emergency response commitments. For SCADA-equipped plants, remote diagnostics allow the Nashik engineering team to diagnose batching and automation issues over a secure internet connection without requiring a field visit — reducing troubleshooting time from days to hours.

Project Financing Assistance — DPR and Bank Loan Support

Most investors in construction machinery projects require bank or NBFC financing to fund a significant portion of the capital expenditure. The core document required by lending institutions for project finance approval is the Detailed Project Report (DPR), which must include: technical specifications of all machinery and civil works, a capacity utilisation projection (monthly and annual), raw material cost assumptions, revenue projections, and evidence that the machinery supplier is credible. Maruti Hydraulics assists every customer with DPR preparation, providing technical specifications, equipment quotations, reference plant performance data, and capacity utilisation benchmarks from comparable operating plants. We work closely with multiple MSME lending institutions across India and have supported customers in obtaining financing from SBI, Canara Bank, SIDBI, and various state government industrial development corporations and financial institutions. DPR assistance is provided at no additional charge for customers who place a confirmed equipment order.

Reference Plant Visits — See the Equipment in Actual Production

Maruti Hydraulics arranges visits to existing customer plants so prospective investors can see the machinery in live production, not in a showroom demonstration. During a reference plant visit, you can observe a full production cycle from raw material batching to finished product, speak directly with the plant owner and production team about their experience with the machinery and after-sales support, inspect machine condition after 1–5 years of continuous operation, and get an honest assessment of what it takes to run the plant profitably. Reference plant visits are arranged for serious investors and are conducted without prior notice to the plant operator — ensuring you see real production conditions, not a staged demonstration. This transparency is central to Maruti Hydraulics' business model and a key reason the company has a strong repeat customer base and referral rate among Indian construction machinery buyers.

Sustainability and Fly Ash Utilisation

Several Maruti Hydraulics products directly support India's industrial waste utilisation goals. AAC block plants, flyash brick machines, and paver block machines are designed to consume fly ash — the industrial by-product of coal-fired thermal power stations — as a primary or supplementary raw material. Under India's Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change fly ash utilisation notification, thermal power stations are required to achieve 100% utilisation of generated fly ash and must provide it free to downstream users. Manufacturers using fly ash as raw material benefit from near-zero raw material cost for the silica or pozzolanic component, while simultaneously reducing the environmental liability of ash disposal for power stations. Maruti Hydraulics provides mix design guidance for local fly ash chemistry as part of every AAC plant and flyash brick machine commissioning.

Frequently Asked Questions

What types of plaster can a Ready Mix Plaster Plant produce?

A Ready Mix Plaster Plant can produce gypsum-based plaster (for internal walls and ceilings), cement-based plaster (for external rendering and wet areas), lime-based plaster (for heritage and traditional construction), and polymer-modified plaster. Multiple formulations can be produced on the same plant by switching recipes on the PLC control system and adjusting additive dosing.

What is the difference between a Ready Mix Plaster Plant and a Dry Mix Mortar Plant?

A Ready Mix Plaster Plant is specifically designed for wall finishing materials — gypsum, cement, and lime plaster — that require fine particle blending, precise setting-time additive control, and specific open-time performance for wall application. A Dry Mix Mortar Plant produces tile adhesive, masonry mortar, block jointing mortar, and self-leveling compounds — products used for fixing, laying, and leveling rather than wall finishing. Maruti Hydraulics manufactures both types and can help you choose the right plant for your target product range.

Why should construction material manufacturers invest in a Ready Mix Plaster Plant?

Site-mixed plaster suffers from inconsistent proportions, variable quality, and significant material wastage. Factory-produced ready mix plaster ensures every bag delivers identical setting time, compressive strength, and finish quality. This reduces site labour, eliminates proportioning errors, and allows builders to achieve a superior wall finish consistently. Manufacturers benefit from a branded, packaged product with strong repeat purchase demand from contractors and individual builders.
